We have chosen location for seating. Waiter was friendly, food tasty and nicely served.

A delicious and cost-effective restaurant. The fillet steak is a must-try for the first time. The garlic sauce is recommended. The taste is not too strong, just right! The environment and service are first-class. It is totally worth it to eat a good steak.

是一家在市中心的米其林餐厅，环境很不错，里面有很多古董花瓶。环境让人很舒适，里面的菜还不错的，前菜也很好吃，很适合情侣吃饭。

衡角度来说，完全没有，口感只有一种，调味主要是柚子和生菜本身。这是非常寿司的逻辑。再比如芥未龙虾，这道菜在口感上突出多元，龙虾的嫩，包裹着芥未酱的天妇罗的软，和顶上花菜脆片，口感丰富。然而芥未浓烈呛人，后劲十足。清盘后又清爽无比，非常妙。重组的北京烤鸭，在我看来出现部分调味失误，不是那么理想。甜品很普通，并且再次出现柚子。如此，Tim Raue的菜不是很subtle的，而是直接、强烈。材料和味型出现重复现象。基本功总体没问题，但是小菜比如炒腰果明显可以更好。Tim Raue要表达的当然不是亚洲菜的全部。但当把这些抽离出来，浓缩让人体会的时候又完全是另一种感觉。我能想象米其林在给这里评分的纠结，如果没有纪录片或者世界50这些给了高分，这里可能只会给一星。

7 PM was really The busiest time. We had to wait for a while our chance to order, but after  that everything went magnificiant. Food was very good and came quicky.
